So, it's not unique to the US to have singers acting all weirdy! I see that there are plenty of confused (cracked-out) crooners across the pond (that's England for you geographically-challenged Yankees) as well. Amy Winehouse was reportedly wandering around London's chilly streets, barefoot and pretty much topless. Her rep says she was not drunk, stoned or lost but investigating some noise she heard outside her (that's her house/apartment). Why is everyone so surprised? It's not like she hasn't flashed her boobies before. In fact, I think someone would be wise to sign her up for a bra endorsement deal. She cancelled the rest of her UK tour after her hubby was arrested (something about assault charges and trying to fix the trial). You mean it had nothing to do with her drug and alcohol problem? She needs to reconsider the advice in her hit song,"Rehab" and Go, Go, Go!
