In Honor of The Rosco Man!
Thank you to everyone who expressed their sympathies and condolences. Your kind, supportive words have been a tremendous help. We know that Rosco is over Rainbow Bridge, feeling good and having fun with his buddies, Fay, Tiny and Stewie but we still miss him very much. I have always known intellectually, that it was important to have good friends, now I know it emotionally too.
The minimum is only $10. We thank you in advance because the money will go directly to the charity you choose. The counter will keep a running sum but we won't know who donated (unless you choose the ecard option) nor how much. Every little bit helps. It's a small world and we are all connected and affected by each other in someway.

Their tireless efforts to ensure that no animal has to suffer or be homeless are endless. They undertook tremendous efforts to rescue Katrina victim dogs and cats who had to be left behind. (We know Rosco would never have left us behind). They even orchestrated a rescue all the way in Lebanon.
Best Friends does not discriminate. They jump to the aid of any animal in need of help, be it dog or cat, bird or rabbit, horse or hog. Best Friends Society provides skilled caregivers and vets, adoption services but most of all they provide a place, a haven, a sanctuary to welcome and heal them.
